Application for monitoring glucometer readings – Case study

A tech company providing innovative tools for the medical sector has designed a device for synchronizing diabetic glucometer readings with a dedicated medical platform.

The main task of our development team was to design a system that records sugar level readings sent by glucotransmitters. In the next stage, an application was created which enables patients and doctors to monitor the results of readings, analyze trends, and to communicate as well.

The architecture of the developed system included:

the web part consisting of a website and a mobile application,
the server part consisting of a website that supports communication with glucotransmitters, a computing website and a website responsible for generating statistics and communication with an external customer service platform
