We create strategy and the design of data architecture for building analytical tools based on Microsoft Business Intelligence tool.
Single report designSometimes it is good to start a journey to complete BI solutions by creating a single report that fulfils a specified objective. A single Power BI report can integrate and present data from many sources and would be a perfect base for the future development of Business Intelligence systems.
We integrate the Microsoft Business Intelligence platform with external enterprise systems including ERP and CRM, ensuring insight into various reports within one tool.
Advanced analysisThanks to technologies like Python, we provide advanced solutions combining machine learning and artificial intelligence with the visualization possibilities of the Microsoft Business Intelligence platform.
In some cases, a Power BI report may not be enough to achieve complex requirements. In such situations, we build reporting systems based on data warehouses that allow us to configure unbounded reporting systems. Our specialists have been creating solutions using data warehouses for over a dozen years now, and their experience allows them to complete a wide range of business tasks.
TrainingOne of the crucial parts of a self-service Business Intelligence tool is training that allows us to fully utilize the incredible possibilities of this platform. Even a one-day workshop helps with an understanding of the Power BI Desktop application and makes employees’ reports clearer and more efficient.
We offer outsourcing services in terms of Business Intelligence, in both Team Extension and Team leasing models, as well as comprehensive project delivery services.
Dashboards and reportsWe create interactive reports that provide essential information for making key business decisions.

Our Business Intelligence team will help you to choose a solution whose capabilities will allow your business to develop more efficiently than ever, regardless of where you are at the moment.
Thanks to the use of the Azure cloud or locally with the Microsoft SQL Server, we build high-performance Business Intelligence solutions based on data warehouses for our clients. We use best practices in the field of ETL processes, i.e. data extraction, transformation and integration, and apply the best standards for building such systems, thanks to which we are proud to have undertaken successful implementations of our clients’ data warehouses.
We hold the title of Gold Microsoft Partner in the area of Data Analytics, which confirms our high-level competences in the areas of:
We run BI projects both in Poland and abroad for leading companies in their industries. Our position as a trusted partner is confirmed by our top spot in the Top Poland Data Analytics rankings.
Precise information about a business is priceless nowadays. A flexible and easily extensible reporting platform allows companies to better monitor and manage processes and increase their efficiency across the entire range of the company’s activities – from recruiting, to production, purchasing and warehouse management, to contacts with customers and customer satisfaction surveys.
Only a few years ago, such a wide range of information was available only to the biggest companies with large data analysis budgets. Today, however, it is becoming available to everyone thanks to the new generation of reporting tools, in which the leader is Microsoft Power BI (Gartner study, February 2020).
Access to information via a web browser or mobile application and locally – all this with the highest safety standards.
With Power BI, anyone – even an employee with no IT experience – can easily analyze data, create clear visualizations and interactive reports.
All data is protected by the solution provider, i.e. Microsoft, based on ISO standards. Users can manage access and permissions as well as the scope of data read in reports.
Many companies still use MS Excel as their primary data analysis tool. Power BI includes the well-known add-ins from MS Excel: Power Query and Power Pivot. Thanks to this, migration to Microsoft BI platform is not complicated, it supports VBA automation and any databases, and offers online access.
Create reports based on a single data source or AI-based platforms. With Power BI, you will be able to get answers based on questions in a natural language thanks to the Q&A functionality.
Microsoft BI platform is part of Power Platform, a set of advanced complementary tools. The platform allows you to create applications without using code thanks to Power Apps and automate business processes with Power Automate. Thanks to the Power Platform, you can reduce the cost of building applications by up to 70% and the cost of maintaining them by 38%.
Power BI easily integrates with ERP and CRM systems from Microsoft, such as Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as with solutions from other providers. The number of data sources for analysis is huge! A wide spectrum of possibilities for combining data in one analytical model allows you to obtain unprecedented width and depth of analyses.
Power BI Desktop application is an essential and free tool for report creation, which is strictly integrated with Excel. It is possible to download data from existing spreadsheets, random databases, Dynamics 365, web resources, directly from the SQL server, and many other sources. When necessary, the data can be transformed using the Power Query editor without changing source files. The relationships between data are presented clearly in the data model view.
The application shares a ready-to-use library of elements for data visualization. Interactive reports can be freely placed on the canvas but there are also a number of reporting templates.
The report could be saved and sent as any file or published online using the Power BI service (having an account and access to Power BI Pro are prerequisites for using all features).
The Power BI interface and support is no challenge for anyone who knows the Office 365 suite and the basis of data analysis. Basic development and analysis does not require the support of a Business Intelligence analyst, but for more complex and specified analysis and report architecture design, ETL processing and DAX development are often necessary. In such cases, external support can be helpful, but employee training should be a complementary part of the implementation.
We provide Microsoft BI tools implementation and consulting services and training for users. Check for free what the implementation possibilities are and what effects you can achieve in your company thanks to Power BI!
