Another fruitful cooperation of JCommerce and international client in the field of implementation of ERP systems. We have implemented the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system for the Finnish company Renta, offering on-line rental of construction equipment.
The JCommerce team has implemented the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system for the client’s subsidiary in Poland. The implementation was carried out taking into account Polish legal and tax requirements, including for the needs of group reporting. Our employees’ tasks within the project also included:
- Support in the import of opening balance,
- Integration with an external sales system (import of purchasers’ data and sales documents, and export of payment data via Web Services),
- Training for users.
Initially the system will be used by the company’s finance department, which uses the financial module, including the fixed assets module and electronic banking.
Renta has been on the market since 2016, running local offices for renting construction machinery. The client is dynamically developing on the Baltic market and currently has 70 points in Finland, Norway, Sweden, and now also in Poland.
