In 2022, the JCommerce Managed Services Map extended to the United Arab Emirates. The team of Apple administrators implemented a the tools: Jamf Pro, Druva and Okta to provide a complete service package for managing, backing up and protecting our new customer’s data and devices.
The company contacted us with the need to have a solution responding to the needs of SME enterprises. JCommerce offered a comprehensive service package of Jamf Pro, Druva, and Okta to provide the client with a full range of tools for device management, secure authentication, and data backup. The implementation was preceded by the preparation of the infrastructure, and since the first quarter of 2022, a team of certified administrators has been providing full support in the Managed Services model. JCommerce administrators provide ongoing services for managing the client’s device fleet.
