Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning systems
ERP systems from the Microsoft Dynamics family of products are easy to use and implement. They work alongside and in a similar way to other familiar Microsoft products, including reporting and analytical platforms. They act and look like MS Office, which allows users to start work immediately. Uniform business logic enables integration with external systems, which means that the modification of processes is automatically implemented in the operations of built-in network services.
System expansion and organizational development are made possible by the built-in tools. This open-source software allows everyone to implement other vendors’ solutions and also to benefit from the support of numerous business partners in Poland and abroad. The cloud and on-premise implementations guarantee a flexible approach to the choice of the best solution for each client.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution is the latest generation of Microsoft business applications in the cloud.
MS Dynamics 365 is designed for small and midsize businesses and combines the best features of two Dynamics solutions: CRM and ERP. It’s one platform available in the cloud with specific business applications, serving areas such as Financial Management, Supply Chain Management (Sales, Purchasing and Stocks) and Specialized Services (Project Management). Analytical and reporting functions are also an integral part of the package.
To ensure consistent performance and easy modification, Dynamics 365 uses a common data model for all solutions and processes, as well as a new platform for the Office 365 family of applications based on the secure Azure cloud.
The new flexible ERP solution enables users to:
- use applications that allow them to create, modify, and extend real-time processes – Power BI, PowerApps, and Microsoft Flow – suitable for their roles, industries or specific types of business,
- combine structured business processes (available in Dynamics CRM) with distributed employee activity data (documents, Office 365 worksheets),
- introduce advanced analytical tools (Power BI and Cortana) to everyday operations that integrate Big Data and IoT data into business processes,
- add applications according to their changing needs without the need to involve the IT department.
