Technological competences of JCommerce

Get started with the most talented developers in Poland

Our developers and engineers carry out their tasks in competence centers managed by Technical Solution Managers, who are responsible for training and maintaining technological knowledge at the highest level.

Model of cooperation

Cooperation with us usually begins with the outsourcing of a few specialists. The number of team members and teams can scale up or down, depending on your current needs. The scalability of outsourcing cooperation is one of its most important advantages.

JCommerce provides teams based on a strategy developed over the years, thanks to which we are able to build teams of several dozen software engineers within a few months. In the first 2 weeks, we are able to provide 2-3 candidates, and in the next 4-6 weeks we ramp up the team with the missing competences.

At your request we can start with trial cooperation – it usually takes 1-2 months or it aims to focus on a particular task. It’s the perfect time for you to check our competences and make a decision on further cooperation.

Onboarding

At JCommerce we pay special attention to the quality of cooperation between our employees and customers. Therefore, we carefully manage the proper onboarding process.

This process is aimed at determining the expectations of both parties, as well as the objectives and principles of cooperation in the project.

Onboarding goals:

  • introducing employees to the scope of services provided and the responsibilities of both parties,
  • working environment configuration,
  • provision of full documentation,
  • Quality Assurance, i.e. establishing the rules of quality control,
  • joint establishment of the work plan by the client and the specialists.

Cost of IT Outsourcing

Undertaking projects in the framework of the IT outsourcing model allows for precise control of costs and savings. The costs associated with the recruitment of a specialist, including the cost of the recruiter’s work, fitting out new workplaces, as well as holidays, are borne by the outsourcing partner.

We want your project to be successful, which is why we only provide solutions that are justifiable from a business standpoint. We will present a plan for the costs of the project, ranging from business analysis, to the development of individual stages of creating solutions, to the implementation process.

What affects the final cost of outsourcing IT services?

Time

The price of the service provided by JCommerce specialists depends on the number of man-hours needed to complete the tasks in a given project. In other words, it depends on the projected length of the project and the number of people involved.

Technological stack

The more niche-oriented the technology used in the project, the harder it is to find the right specialist. Sometimes finding the right person with specific competencies means extra work for the recruiter.

Location

JCommerce specialists normally work out of our offices located in Poland. If necessary, they are delegated to the client for the required length of time, e.g. for the start of the project, training or implementing solutions. The frequency and length of the delegation will affect the final cost of the project. In some cases, it is also possible to hire a specialist who will be based out of the client’s premises.

Level of competences required

Depending on the complexity of the project, individual tasks can be carried out by specialists with different levels of experience, skills and technological knowledge. Three-level systematics are adopted as standard:

  • Junior – a beginner-level programmer with up to several years of experience. At this level, developers have the competences required to design simple solutions and create high-quality code. They perfectly complement a team with at least one senior developer.
  • Regular – with several years or more of experience in IT projects, developers at this level are able to solve complicated problems and design advanced application functionalities. They can work alone or as a member of a team.
  • Senior – a developer with over ten years of project experience is characterized by flexibility in designing solutions, and can solve complex problems in several ways. People with this level of experience have vast design and technical knowledge, which is often a major factor in code quality.
