The goal of the cooperation was the improvement of the test process within a software development project carried out by the client. Software development in 3S is undertaken in the Agile approach, using TPI Next methodology to improve the test process and its maturity. The JCommerce consultant’s task was to resolve problems with the effectiveness of the test process.
Quality Assurance engineers from JCommerce undertook the diagnostics of the test process to indicate potential problems, help to define good practices, and implement effective tools which enhance the test process. The end goal of cooperation was an indication of the desired changes in the area of test strategy and the test process itself in the future, both for current projects and for new client projects.
