Creating of a Balanced Scorecard divided into four main modules, which is responsible for analysing work effectiveness. Flat files from various systems, integrated at the application level, were the data source. The basic functionality was to calculate the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), which examine efficiency for different departments within the company. The application was dedicated to executives, managers and decision-makers, but due to the high flexibility of the tool – the individual modules can be used by other workers for daily analysis of their work effects.
