Project description

The implementation of Qlik Sense, a self-service Business Intelligence system at Eko-Okna, was designed to support the controlling department. The implementation process included an analysis of database sources (Simple and WinPro systems) and the preparation of a visualization layer in the form of a dashboard in Qlik Sense that presents orders and sales data. A “Sales Analysis” dashboard has been created to meet the analytical needs of the company. The dashboard allows users to analyze dimensions such as products, sales staff, departments, and measures such as profit margin, cost value, and sales value. All data can be compiled in calendar views and compared to previous periods. In addition, during the project, a data validation mechanism was created to check the compatibility between Simple and WinPro systems. The Qlik Sense application holds about 400MB of data and 2 million records.
