Business Intelligence analysis to develop a data warehouse for a leader of the FMCG industry. The results of the analysis were management recommendations for the approach to data. As a result, a map of identified business processes and the degree of readiness for business use was created.
The analysis covered the management information system, including efficiency indicators in the organization and the IT and reporting systems used in the company. The process was supported by a series of analytical meetings with key stakeholders in the organization.
