ERP systems from the Microsoft Dynamics family of products are easy to use and implement. They work alongside and in a similar way to other familiar Microsoft products, including reporting and analytical platforms. They act and look like MS Office, which allows users to start work immediately. Uniform business logic enables integration with external systems, which means that the modification of processes is automatically implemented in the operations of built-in network services.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365?

Microsoft Dynamics NAV is software for the management of small and medium-sized companies, especially for retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers and service companies operating both locally and internationally.

The development of the company is made possible through the automation and simplification of financial management, efficient customer service and transparent cooperation with suppliers.

The system is flexible, quick to implement and contains a number of standard features:

  • multitasking - for employees of small/medium-sized companies, who have several areas of responsibility at work,
  • complete integration and cooperation with MS Office 365 and MS SharePoint platform (data exchange between NAV and Excel, creation of advanced reports using MS Excel, editing of reports in MS Word, data sharing in SharePoint),
  • ability to use Microsoft Power BI tools for presentation and visualization of reports (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View, Power Map),
  • e-mail integration which allows users to send documents directly from the ERP system,
  • importing of bank statements to the system through cooperation with banking systems in over 25 countries,

MS Dynamics 365 is designed for small and midsize businesses and combines the best features of two Dynamics solutions: CRM and ERP. It's one platform available in the cloud with specific business applications, serving areas such as Financial Management, Supply Chain Management (Sales, Purchasing and Stocks) and Specialized Services (Project Management). Analytical and reporting functions are also an integral part of the package.

To ensure consistent performance and easy modification, Dynamics 365 uses a common data model for all solutions and processes, as well as a new platform for the Office 365 family of applications based on the secure Azure cloud.
