Konica Minolta has started cooperation with JCommerce to develop the functionality of logistics in their ERP system.

The company specializes in business consulting and offers a number of world-leading print systems. Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP supports all key business areas of the company. In April 2017 the company decided to start cooperation with JCommerce in the development of system functionality in order to optimize logistics processes.
Collaboration is about analyzing business requirements, finding the best solutions, and implementing the right functionality. Mainly, work is focused on the automation of processes such as invoicing, e-invoicing, inventory shifts between warehouses, warehouse releases or supplier orders. Subsequent stages are to include integration with an external mobile storage system and the implementation of the applied solutions in other units at Konica Minolta.
The aim of the work is to streamline logistics processes by improving the efficiency of the logistics team, reducing the workload of employees, and speeding up the invoicing process. By optimizing the time and costs associated with activities that have previously had to be manually handled by employees, it will be possible to provide faster and more efficient order processing for the company's customers.
